In this new version, I have introduced:
1. Possibility to set a random seed to reproduce the generated CSVs
2. Possibility to specify ranges for the debts/total amounts
3. Possibility to enable the loading bar
4. Possibility to specify a custom Locale
Furthermore, now the package is integrated with the GitHub CI, and the test coverage is at 100%
