as title states, encoding fixes done.

Finally available as pip install via Pypi
(no code changes, only minor cleanups in readme, docstring and descriptions in code)

Some more code-cleanup as well as setup.py update.
Now Rdkit may follow via pip (even under anaconda).

Nothing wrong with functionality of V2.7; as I learn more on coding though this serves a good playing field for enhancements. Doesn't make the code "better", but at least less horrible. More changes are possible, but this should suffice for now unless there are some bugs or incompatibility with Knime.

Some of Infochem's (old?) SPRESI output files couldn't be parsed before.
This is now fixed. To do that, some changes to code was done. For better or worse.
In addition added a flag do only do the fixing, not the csv conversion.
Updated the examples accordingly.
