Rearranging into xarrays of spectroscopy maps, line spectra and single spectra is implemented, both for $dI/dV$ and $I(z)$ spectra. Loading of image data is also available.
Coordinate and variable values are rescaled to pA or nm.
Works with version 5 of Rev9. Not tested for older versions of the software.
