Added things like channelinfo, send, and the entire damn cog

Some files were not pushed correctly when I released 0.6.0 on github. The pypi version is still correctly versioned and up-to-date.

This patch updates other files that were not pushed properly due to a git error.

Adds channels and channelinfo command, and fixes many bugs, and improves the error handler.

Forgot 0.4, oops.

This version includes the one-way cog and numerous extra features and bugfixes.

0.3 alpha with a basic open, close and listrifts commands.
