Minor fix.
- supports `--force` flag to remove existing container with same name
- supports `--name` to set explicit name for a container or slurm job

I'm sure something is wrong with ssh mode right now...

Mostly finished a huge refactoring.
Now docker mode supports interactive shell running in a remote server, thanks to dockerpty package.

Now it works on slurm & docker-machine
