Release 0.3.0 has some minor fixes and a technology switch for Command Line.

- Switches from old PyInquirer to current maintained Questionary (Thanks to josev814)
- added the CLI entry points / commands `CryptoLibrary` and `CryptoClient`. Can be called now directly without `python -m ` before.
