Add PyMongo (4.6.3) to the Rococo dependencies to install PyMongo automatically together with Rococo.

Implement MongoDBRepository And MongoDBAdapter classes

- Fix a bug with querying NULL values in MySqlRepository
- Update the raised error message if filtering an attribute with an empty list
