Hotfix for the Pollard's p-1 attack

This is the first public release of RSArmageddon v2.0 --Ares--

Many significant improvements and incompatible changes have been made since v1.0, with the aim of producing a tool that is more modular, featureful and easy to use than ever.

Better documentation, command line integration and native linux packages are coming.
