Ruobr-api

get_food_info` was missing some useful information without this flag.

I feel sorry for all the guys whose feed is spammed with my releases. You will get through this.

Installation is fixed. It was a bad idea to import the library from setup.py.

**This version is INCOMPATIBLE with the previous one. You should update your code.**

- `ruobr_api` now uses a new API.
- `pydantic` models are removed.
- Method names now uses snake_case.

- Fix `ValidationError` in `getMail` & `getNews`
