testing in home assistant docker image

edit `usr/src/homeassistant/homeassistant/components/yamaha/manifest.json`

and restart home assistant

- merged all the outstanding PRs
- dropped older python version (3.7 minimum)
- modernized the package structure
- migrated from travis to github actions
- automatic release process here on github

To test the pre-release version use
pip install --pre rxv
