Saber

This is the first release of Saber. It is not ready for production but major functionality is implemented and covered by unit tests.

Unfortunately, the direct dependencies of `keras-contrib` and `en-coref-md` are still are not playing nice with PyPI, so the user will need to `pip install` these directly even after running `pip install saber`. This is noted in `readme.md`.
