Sampei

This issue fixes an error that arose when filtering due to the wrong data frame being used for one of the filters.

Releases 0.0.4-0.0.8 fixed various bugs in the code:

MGF title parsing

All results were being filtered during the filtering step

- Added a check for columns that might be missing when X!Tandem is not the search engine.
- Cleaned up some of the logging messages.
