- `Dataset.sankify()` for one-liner Sankey diagrams

Breaking Changes
- `sankee.sankify` no longer supports `Dataset` inputs.
- As a result, `band`, `palette`, and `labels` are now required

- Full list of datasets now available with `sankee.datasets.datasets`
- NLCD 1992 conversion removed
