Main changes
* Enables pickling of `Scenario` and `RoadNetwork` objects which allows multiprocessing with in-memory scenario objects.
* Improves the rendering speed by c40% using geometry caches for road network objects.
* Fixes a bug where duplicate lane successors/predecessors would be allowed.
* Fixes a bug where interpolated elevation values would return for the product of the input arrays rather than the zipped combinations.
