Scipion-em-kiharalab

- Removed DaniDelHoyo from authorship in protocol DMM. Originally created by Kiharalab, and copied into this repository by me, so he should not be asked about issues in such protocol. (Thanks for the report btw).
- Fixed some docstrings in protocol DMM which apparently were copied from scipion-chem's fpocket protocol.
- Removed debugging prints, also in DMM protocol.

- Changed protocol name from DMM to DeepMainMast
- Separated Emap2sec & Emap2sec+ into different independent tests
- Removed redundant comments from some files to improve readability

This release includes two new packages & protocols: CryoREAD & DMM.

This is the first release of this plugin into the Scipion Plugin Manager.

Main changes
This Release is the first scipion-em-kiharalab version to be listed on Scipion's plugin manager.

To allow this to happen, some fixes have been made.

Soon to come
More protocols developed by Kiharalab's team will be integrated into this repository.
