Scrap-engine

This is basically just a version bump because of some pypi packaging issues.

Additions:
- Texts can now be added

Changed CoordinateError to be more usable, this may result into problems with legacy code.

Bug fix for Box.set_ob()

What happened until this release:
- Bug fix with squares not being removed properly
- Added CoordinateError
- Renamed rx to x in method parameters

- Fixed bug with line
- Made additions to the docs
- Added set_state method for Objects and ObjectGroups
