Screensync

Previous versions of ScreenSync used a static set of coordinates for the bounding box that captures the screen and determines the color that is most dominant.

This new version chooses the size of the bounding box as a percentage of the overall screen, meaning that all screen sizes & resolutions should be supported.

This version adds the option in the GUI to select the sensor size. This is the amount of the screen that is taken for calculating the average colour and sending to the lights. Smaller is better for FPS games and perhaps larger for videos.

Used pyinstaller to create a single exe file with no console window, instead of a whole directory, is a bit tidier :)
