Fixing collecting data for labels and goto command.

Change-log:
1. 92% coverage of the IEEE 1450.0 keywords/rules in the syntax parser
2. Added support of TetraMax STIL output
3. Added support for real compiler based on STILDumpCompiler.

Fix issue 13 and initial support for compressed files (gz)

- Significant improvement for STIL syntax and semantic parsers : syntax coverage 89%, semantic coverage 74% for IEEE 1450.0
- Total 546 test cases. One test is comment out due bug in the pattern burst parser. Will be fixed later.
- Added Dump Compiler to show how to create own compiler. Includes scan data normalization, options for procedure expanding and support for scan memory.
