Band ids are now used instead of band names.
Also -b (--bands) option is added to converter.py so a sequence of bands can be passed. Example:
-b 1 2 3 - will now generate the csv only for bands B2, B3, B4.

2. The identity illuminant is reshaped to the provided wavelength range. So, if you want to convert ecostress library full spectrum, then you need to also provide corresponding -ws and -we, so that the range covers all examples.
3. Illuminants must cover all the spectral distributions range. Otherwise, exception is thrown (no interpolation is currently performed to upscale the illuminant, it is only downscaled if needed)
4. All illuminant arguments are now dict, so that proper downscaling can be performed
