Well, this first release is very simple, just do the actual job! It just gets a Numpy Array and serialize into a string, and get an serialized string to a Numpy array! I didn't test the serialization when the encode is done outside this project. So make sure you encoded and decoded on this scope. If you need a little more freedom, well, you are always welcome to help!
