Rename catgirls -> celestial

Replays from the latest patch will now have their result determined using the new LeaveReason field.

Also removed a bunch of code + dependencies that were used for integrating Stormgate World data.

Fixes an error that sometimes caused shroudstone to lock up when launched for the first time.
