Simod

- Removing GPL packages from Simod. Now there're 2 packages with GPL: `pm4py` and its dependency `cvxopt`. For this reason, a separate repository at https://github.com/AutomatedProcessImprovement/pm4py-wrapper now serves as a wrapper around pm4py. This wrapper package is used via `os.system` and is not imported into Simod using Python.
- LogReader is refactored to allow CSV-only event logs in the future.
- Optimizer pipelines are refactored to remove decorator functions that hid return values.
- simod-testing docker image version upgrade: `nokal/simod-testing:v1.3.0`
- Preprocessor module and class is added to allow different pre-processing tasks for event logs.
