Basic functionality is all provided, with key updates to the purpose allowing increased flexibility from the user

PROOF OF CONCEPT. Lacks an official guide and template which will be provided in the next update. A google sheets document will be automatically filled based on tenant info provided in a certain format. Using Google API's and web scraping rent, deposit, and time to various locations is deduced and added.
