Sllurp

First release of the 2.0 branch of sllurp.

WARNING: Breaking changes!
Not retro-compatible with previous versions (< 2.0).

The sllurp python "llrp.py" api was highly changed and so third party applications using it would have to also be reworked in order to be compatible with this new version.

Twisted is not anymore a dependency of sllurp, and performances are highly improved.
