:robot: Upgrades, people, upgrades

* **Updates support**: just unpack the binary release over the previous version (not 0.0.2) and the old settings will be merged
* **Usability improvements**: window dragging, proper hover menu
* **Modules settings**: some modules have settings now
* **New flat icons**: svg ionicons instead of sample ones

What's next:

* Finish settings
* Add key combos
* Add configurable key bind modules
* Add wheel hiding & autostart
* Add some warning notifications
* Minor platform-specific improvements
* Frutiger aero theme. Just kidding. Unless..

🥂 Initial pre-release

This is the first stable version with binary releases.

Still does not have all settings editors and usability features, but it works! Going to create a chat room for help and feedback very soon, right now please forward any problems to issues.
