Snakemake-storage-plugin-sharepoint

Add `overwrite` flag for individual files to allow more fine grained control over which
files can be overwritten on the remote storage.

Major change in query format. `library` is no longer a provider setting, and the
`mssp://` scheme is introduced and required for all queries. Also comes with better
tests for the query validation, and improved documentation.

First release on PyPI

Fixes for GitHub actions on releases
