Solcix

bug fix: when we require to purge under home directory, it will failed since .solcix is a directory

cli breaking changes
mainly change `prune` command to `purge`

fix:
- installed should not display duplicate items
- verify should use `is_valid_version` instead of raise error by `Error` class
