Spiketools

This is an updated release, 0.2.0, which is an update to the previous 0.1.0 version.

This release contains some updates and fixes for recent functionality:
- a bugfix update for converting spike times to trains (193)
- an update to computing place cell measures when using threshold (194)
- update support to Python 3.12 (195)

This is an updated release, 0.1.0, which reflects the first proper stable release of the module.

Note that this does have some minor breaking changes from the previous release (0.0.0).
