Sshman

- fix: no feedback if connection list was empty

- Fix rm command was not removing properly

- Fix waitfor bug that would not let you use wf ;
- Fix class version difference between 0.3 and 0.4;
- Add --debug flag to show exception message instead of help if AttributeError or IndexError are raised.

Changes:

- [X] Add support for SCP via cp and cpr commands;
- [X] Add option to print ssh command to given connection (implemented on show command);
- [X] Allow user to keep trying to connect until it is up using command "waitfor".
- [x] Customize ssh command to add parameters to the '-o' flag.
