`Prefix` config option: prefix all hosts with this

Multiple options
Allow the provision of a list of config options.
Example:

`--output` / `-o`
`--path` / `-p` was a bit ambiguous. Output makes more sense. Path is still supported for now with a view to removing this in a 2.0.0 release.
