- Skip sentiment analysis if the API is down

- Added request timeouts
- Save reviews only after they've been successfully sent to Slack

- Fix Trustpilot usage detectino still depending on old env var

- Rewrote Trustpilot implementation to work with their new website modifications
- Fixed the stupidest bug ever that was limiting the amount of used collectors

No changes, just fixed a broken PyPI upload.
