Sunsynk

Major change to the Sunsynk library. Sensor definition classes have been split into configuration & state to allow multiple inverters

This version of the library will be used in the new "Multi" addon

Sunsynk Lib changes

- `load_limit" configuration option allows you to configure where the inverter (PV & battery) will supply power. Can be "Allow Export", "Zero Export" and "Essentials" only. Essentials is displayed as "Limit to Load" in the inverter's System Mode configuration.
