Swagger-atlas

Bugfixes:

- Update versions of libraries with reported CVE issues
- Use constants to deal with dummy resources. This fixes the issue with spurious dummy resource detection
- Test cases have missing BUILD folder due to sweeping gitignore. Fixed that issue

Previous release did not have some of the commits needed.
This just fixes them

- Update documentation with correct links
- Minor typo fixes
- Update PyYAML version to be compatible with Docker-Compose

First Release of project as open-source package.
