Tap-clockify

In this draft, we migrate to the Meltano SDK for Singer

This release tests out the creation of a new Poetry publishing setup.

This release has a couple of minor bug fixes that caused the tap to fail on `target-snowflake` targets.

- Added missing data to workspace schema

Fixed a bug in `setup.py` wherein not all packages were found on install.

Initial release of the Clockify tap. Successful sync of the following resources against a Redshift target:

- clients
- projects
- tags
- tasks
- time entries
- users
- workspaces
