Telbapbop

* Add a handler to specified commands (`handle_commands`, can be accesed via the `TelBapBop` instance)

* Add `bot_username` attribute in `TelBapBop`

* Set `webhook_update_object` (in `TelBapBop.run()`) and `log` (in `TelBapBop` constructor) to be keyword-arguments only.

You can upgrade your current installation via the `--upgrade` flag.

* Change run method attributes: instead of `mode` and `update_object` now there is just `webhook_update_object` (required when using a webhook).

This version is already available in PyPI. Use the `--update` flag to install it.

* Fix a bug where send_message didn't catch all the options of reply_markup

This version is ready to be installed via pip using the `--upgrade` flag (for example: `pip install --upgrade --user telbapbop`).
