Fixed Issue, related with passing params via request path parameters

Sorry for everybody, who saw this in their github pages, this is such a shame. I CANT UPLOAD PACKAGE TO PYPI. OMG this is so bad!

- Requirements in setup.py were fixed again!

- Requirements added into `setup.py`
