Updated dependencies to be more permissive

Added some speed ups for calculating POS_CORR and caching properties.

This release fixes the slow down in `get_tpf` and prevents a memory problem if inputs are passed as floats instead of integers. Fixes 8 and 9.

This is the initial release of `tesscube`, which has all of the basic functionality
