Testbench-cli-reporter

New Features:

- When browsing a Project with CLI reporter, it will now show all test case keys in console, when a test case set has been selected
- Config Model is now available
- Availability as windows executable

Bug Fixes:
- 4 Filters are now working as expected

This is the initial Release.

You may want to use this python script to generate your XML-full-reports of TestBench Enterprise.
