Thanatos

- Added a harder version of the ship ID question
- Increased the weighting of all questions but Poitot, effectively lowering the weighting of just Poitot. This was required as Poitotwas already at 1, the lowest weighting.
- Added some simple in-memory caching for DB procs that don't take any arguments.

- Updated with Aegis Sov SDE

Fixes:
- Switched over to using eveimageserver for image server links fixing 16
- Existing procs now deleted from python instead of sql 15

- SQL files for populating the DB with EVE static data are now shipped with Thanatos.

Most of what is left is to add more questions, improve the documentation, and add more tests. Because of that this is considered to be the first beta release.
