Thermopot

A release to coincide with submission of latest research using Thermopot.

Largest change in this release is inclusion of the `sulfur_model` class in the `Materials` module. This is an implementation of the sulfur model developed by Jackson, Tiana and Walsh (paper [here](https://doi.org/10.1039/C5SC03088A)).

See `1.1.0-beta.1` for release notes. Bumped version to trigger PyPI upload after fixing workflow.

No updates since previous release (1.0.0-beta1) - to enable Zenodo archive only

Beta release - core functionality has been tested and verified on the Ba-Zr-S system.

Some further tidying needed before general release.

Selected as a pre-release as not production ready for general users.

Untested release for developers.
