This release of `ticgithub` enables a "snooze" functionality for reminders by associating GitHub labels with a snooze time in the `ticgithub` configuration. It also adds tools to clean email messages; in particular, support to filter out -mentions (since email -mentions frequently point to usernames not associated with the project.)
