- Make the folder configurable where Toisto saves progress. Use `toisto configure --progress-folder {folder}` to change the folder. Note that Toisto does not copy or move your existing progress save files for you. After configuring the same (cloud drive) folder on multiple devices, Toisto will take progress made on one device into account when practicing on another device.

- Add a `configure` command to save options in the `~/.toisto.cfg` configuration file. See `toisto configure --help` for more information. Closes [817](https://github.com/fniessink/toisto/issues/817).
- Automatically generate a hint if one concept is a holonym of another concept with the same label, meaning they are homographs. An example is 'puu' in Finnish, which can mean both 'wood' and' 'tree' in English. Closes [843](https://github.com/fniessink/toisto/issues/843).

- Accept both the masculine and the feminine third person singular when asking for the translation of the third person singular of a Finnish verb. Fixes [826](https://github.com/fniessink/toisto/issues/826).
- On the iPhone, iOS may kill a-Shell and thus Toisto, causing progress to be lost. Save progress after every quiz to prevent the loss of progress. Fixes [834](https://github.com/fniessink/toisto/issues/834).

- When showing the help information for the practice command (`toisto practice --help`), don't show concepts that are sentences and don't show concepts that have a hypernym. Closes [811](https://github.com/fniessink/toisto/issues/811).
