Truster

Several changes in functionality including:
- Switch to cellranger's PCR duplicate identification
- Testing for file-structure-dependent functions
- Unique mapping option for TE quantification per cluster
- Option for including genes to quantification
- Md5sums for raw files

What's in here
* Basic functionality using own classes for workflow control (not the best, I'm aware - nextflow integration is under development).
* docs: website is up and running. Docs and workflow example in https://raquelgarza.github.io/truster/
* Some automated testing - still under development and is not integrated with github actions. Starts at https://github.com/raquelgarza/truster/pull/11
