Turing-machine-executor

This version has the same code-base of version [`v1.1.0-alpha`](https://github.com/espositoandrea/Turing-Machine-Executor/releases/tag/v1.1.0-alpha), but the file `setup.py` has been slightly modified to upload this package to [PyPI](https://pypi.org/project/turing-machine-executor/).

This is the first release of the working executor. Note that its version is marked as an α (_alpha_) version because it has not been tested thoroughly. This release has been created to track the history of this project. This is a working version (that is still _not_ thoroughly tested) that can be used as a starting point for the next steps.
