PSE Launch on HPC is enhanced, Progress bar working both for PSE local and remote launch

Add progress bar both on HPC and local PSE launch

Add PSE local launch code

Add PSEWidget for visualizing PSE results.

Main changes in this release:
* added TimeSeriesBrowser that allows users to interactively browse through the EBRAINS Drive and immediately visualize the time series of interest
* made TimeSeriesBrowser compatible with tvb-ext-xircuits, thus it can directly load the Collab and folder given by the user in StoreResultsToDrive component (component available in tvb-ext-xircuits)
* upgrade MNE version > 1.0.0 for TimeSeriesWidget
* bug fixes in PhasePlaneWidget and HeadWidget

Improvements added to PhasePlaneWidget:
- UI polishing
- interactivity when drawing trajectories
- export of model configuration as python code within Widget and API for export in cell
- compatibility with tvb-ext-xircuits extension
