Hotfix release addressing problems with piped union ValueRange types in function parameters

This update brings various `typing.Literal` utilities, handlers, and options to typeshi, cleans up and debugs the code, as well as adds a helper function for dealing with JSON-based declaration module generation

Fix the lack of dependencies (frozendict), allow for custom (or no) inheritances in str_repr.py-generated defs, fix typos, cleanup.

- allow toggling TypedDict inheritance in declaration module generation
- fix newlines w/ imports
