Utilix

Modified based on dali and midway3 situation
- DaLI jobs will run in isolated mode, so we won't hurt NFS binding between dali and midway storage.
- Midway jobs will automatically `--bind /project2/lgrandi/xenonnt/dali:/dali` so we have access to `cutax` without access to `/dali`
- Midway3 jobs are possible now.
