Added Menu Options:

Option 3 - Claim all unpending
Option 4 - Send FRA from your validator wallet
Option 5 - Set saved options for sending wallet
- Wallet address - A fra1 UTXO address to send coins to from your validator wallet
- Privacy - Private tx or Public?
- Express - Saves options and turns Option 4 into an express send using your setting without verifications

Good to go with the stats!

-s or --stats after app.py will simply run stats. To run them anywhere without launching, after upgrading to this version of course, run:

`python3 ~/validatortoolbox_fra/src/app.py -s`

For people installing a new server with validator toolbox we'll now spit out the example staker_memo file in your home directory (if one doesn't exist).
