Correct bug on VedirectController::_test_serial_port method.
Initial timeout and serial_port must be replaced if test fails.

- Improve code style
- Update VedirectController with new wait_connection attribute.
* When value is True : need to wait for new connections when first connection fails.
* When value is False : raise a VedirectException if first connection fails.
