update `requires`, now `video2chars` contains `ffmpeg` in its requirements, there is no need to download manually.

更新依赖，现在 `video2chars` 的依赖 `imageio-ffmpeg` 中就自带 `ffmpeg`，因此可以即装即用了。

- fix resources path broken
- update font size.

use `pip install video2chars` to install the latest version from pypi.

make it a command line tool, just use `pip install video2chars` to install it, and `video2chars --help` for usage.
